All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, artwork, graphics, logos, templates, images, text, and digital files, is the intellectual property of Artistic Kreations Design LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, colors and appearance may vary due to screen settings or printing processes. For custom and personalized items, customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, including spelling, names, dates, images, and layout details. Once a design proof is approved, the order is considered final and no further changes will be accepted.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artistic Kreations Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the applicable order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina.
