Shipping Policy

Artistic Kreations Design LLC processes orders as efficiently as possible. Standard processing time is approximately two (2) to seven (7) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom and personalized orders may require additional time for design creation and customer approval.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Tracking information will be provided once an order has shipped. Please allow up to forty-eight (48) hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier. Artistic Kreations Design LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered but reported as stolen. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Local pickup or delivery, if offered, will be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of purchase. Missed or rescheduled pickups or deliveries may result in additional fees.
