Refund Policy

Artistic Kreations Design LLC specializes in custom and personalized products. Due to the nature of our work, all custom and personalized orders are final and non-refundable once the design proof has been approved.

Refunds will not be issued for customer-approved errors, including but not limited to spelling mistakes, incorrect names, dates, images, or design selections. Customers are responsible for reviewing all details carefully before approving a proof.

Non-custom, non-personalized physical items may be eligible for return within five (5) days of confirmed delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by the Company.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. If the issue is determined to be our error, a replacement or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

All digital products and downloadable files are final sale and non-refundable due to immediate access upon purchase.

Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
