Proof & Approval Process

Our proof process ensures you have the opportunity to review your design before production begins.

Here’s how it works:

• Once your order and all required details are received, a digital proof will be created.
   
• The proof will be sent to you via email for review.
   
• You are responsible for carefully reviewing all details, including spelling, names, dates, colors, images, and layout.
   

Production does not begin until the proof is approved.

Once the proof is approved:

• The design is considered final
   
• No changes, edits, or cancellations can be made
   
• Artistic Kreations Design LLC is not responsible for errors approved by the customer
   

We strongly encourage reviewing proofs thoroughly before approval to avoid mistakes or delays.
